สำนักหอสมุดกลาง ร่วมกับคณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ คณะมัณฑนศิลป์ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร และสมาคมห้องสมุดแห่งประเทศไทยฯ จัดกิจกรรมบริการวิชาการเพื่อสังคม บูรณาการองค์ความรู้สู่การปฏิบัติในโครงการ “ราชทัณฑ์ปันความรู้” ณ ทัณฑสถานหญิงชลบุรี โดยสืบสานตามพระราชดำรัสของสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ที่พระราชทานไว้ในโอกาสเสด็จเปิด “ห้องสมุดพร้อมปัญญา” ความตอนหนึ่งว่า “ถ้าสังคมไม่ให้โอกาส จะไม่มีคนดีกลับสู่สังคม”

โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการสร้างพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการ และเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ต้องขังหญิงได้พัฒนาทักษะอาชีพและการเรียนรู้ที่สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการกลับคืนสู่สังคมอย่างมีคุณค่าและศักดิ์ศรี

โครงการดังกล่าวได้รับความอนุเคราะห์บุคลากรจากคณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ ผศ. นันทพล จั่นเงิน ในการออกแบบปรับปรุงพื้นที่ ห้องสมุดพร้อมปัญญา ทัณฑสถานหญิงชลบุรี และ รศ. อาวิน อินทรังษี จากคณะมัณฑนศิลป์ ในการออกแบบกราฟิกภายในพื้นที่ห้องสมุดให้เป็นพื้นที่เรียนรู้สร้างสรรค์

การถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้เมื่อวันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมาได้มีการจัดกิจกรรม

- Workshop “ขั้นตอนการผลิตที่ดีของแชมพูสมุนไพร” โดย รศ. ดร.สมลักษณ์ คงเมือง, รศ. ดร.ฉัตชัย ฉิ่นไพศาล และบุคลากรจากคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ เป็นวิทยากรในการถ่ายทอด

- Workshop “เครื่องประดับสมาธิ” โดย ผศ. ทัศน์ฐรสชง ศรีกุลกรณ์, ผศ. ดร.ปฐมาภรณ์ ประพิศพงศ์วานิช, ผศ. ศิดาลัย ฆโนทัย และ ผศ. ดร.อรอุมา วิชัยกุล ภาควิชาออกแบบเครื่องประดับ คณะมัณฑนศิลป์

บรรยากาศการจัดกิจกรรมเต็มไปด้วยความร่วมมือ ความรู้ และแรงบันดาลใจ สะท้อนถึงศักยภาพที่สามารถต่อยอดสู่การประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต พร้อมทั้งสร้างความหวังและศักดิ์ศรีในการกลับคืนสู่สังคม

The Central Library of Silpakorn University, in collaboration with the Faculty of Architecture, the Faculty of Decorative Arts, the Faculty of Pharmacy, and the Thai Library Association, organized a community engagement activity under the project “Ratchathan Pun Khwam Roo” at the Chonburi Women’s Correctional Institution. The project was initiated in continuation of the royal speech delivered by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on the occasion of the opening of the “Library of Wisdom”, in which Her Royal Highness remarked: “If society does not give opportunities, there will be no good people returning to society.”

The project aims to create an integrated learning space that provides opportunities for female inmates to acquire practical knowledge and vocational skills. These skills will support their reintegration into society with dignity and value.

The initiative was supported by experts from Silpakorn University. Asst. Prof. Nantapol Janngern from the Faculty of Architecture contributed to the design and renovation of the Library of Wisdom at the Chonburi Women’s Correctional Institution, and Assoc. Prof. Arwin Intrungsi from the Faculty of Decorative Arts designed the graphic elements, transforming the library into a creative learning environment.

On 18 August 2025, knowledge transfer activities were conducted through two workshops:

1. Workshop on “Good Manufacturing Practice for Herbal Shampoo Production” conducted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Somlak Khongmuang, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chatchai Chinpaisal, and staff from the Faculty of Pharmacy.

2. Workshop on “Meditation Jewelry” led by Asst. Prof. Tastharoshong Srikulkarnt, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pathamaporn Prapitpongwanich, Asst. Prof. Sidalai Khanothai, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Orouma Vichaikul from the Department of Jewelry Design, Faculty of Decorative Arts.

The atmosphere of the event was filled with collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and inspiration, reflecting the potential of the participants to further develop vocational opportunities in the future. The program also fostered hope and dignity among female inmates as they prepare to return to society.

中央图书馆携手多学院开展社会服务活动——“监狱知识共享”项目

西拉帕功大学中央图书馆联合建筑学院、装饰艺术学院、药学院及泰国图书馆协会，在春武里女子惩教所开展社会服务与学术推广活动——“监狱知识共享”。

该项目秉承诗琳通公主殿下在主持启用“智慧图书馆”时的训示：“如果社会不给予机会，就不会有人能够以好人之姿回归社会。”

项目旨在打造一个综合学习空间，为在押女性提供实用职业技能和学习机会，帮助其刑满释放后能够以尊严与价值重返社会。

本项目得到了各学院专家的大力支持：

· 建筑学院副教授 Nantapon Junngurn 负责春武里女子惩教所“智慧图书馆”空间改造设计；

· 装饰艺术学院副教授 Arwin Intrungsi 负责图书馆内部的视觉与图形设计，使其成为一个富有创意的学习空间。

2025年8月18日开展的知识传授与培训活动包括：

· 《草本洗发水良好生产规范》工作坊 —— 由副教授 Dr. Somlak Kongmuang、副教授 Dr. Chatchai Chinpaisal 及药学院团队授课。

· 《冥想首饰》工作坊 —— 由装饰艺术学院珠宝设计系讲师副教授 Tataroschong Sreekullkorn、副教授 Dr. Pathamaphurn Praphitphongwanit、副教授 Sidalai Kanothai 和副教授 Dr. Onuma Wichaikul 授课。

活动现场氛围充满合作、知识分享与启发，充分展现了学员未来就业与自立的潜力，也为她们回归社会注入希望与尊严。
